You don’t have to run for office to make a difference.
Every regulation, reimbursement, and restriction that shapes medicine started in a room full of people making decisions.
When I sat in one of those rooms at the AMA’s Campaign School, it hit me:
Doctors rarely get invited to that table.
But we can learn how it works- and use that knowledge to influence change from the outside in.
The more we understand how policy and perception intersect, the more effectively we can protect independent, doctor-driven care.
That’s why I’m investing in learning the language of influence- and helping other physicians do the same.
You don’t have to run for office to make change.
But you do have to show up informed.
