Facial plastic surgeon Dr. Marcelo Hochman, originally from Argentina and raised in Venezuela, has dedicated his career to both international service and local healthcare reform. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Dr. Hochman has volunteered with the Face-to-Face surgical exchange program, providing care in countries such as Russia, Honduras, and Mexico. He also leads efforts to improve healthcare access and physician autonomy through his roles as president of the Charleston County Medical Society and chair of the Coalition to Repeal the Certificate of Need.
